DELIVERY PLANNING / CUSTOM PROJECTS

Plan the route before
the carton moves.

Paid prototype and sample delivery

Prototype, sample, customization, packaging and international shipping charges are quoted separately. Payment is required before applicable work or dispatch. No free-sample promise is made.

Pilot and production shipments

The selected production route may involve one specialist facility or coordinated components from several partners. Consolidation, inspection location, packing responsibility and shipment origin are confirmed for the approved project.

Shipping quotation

Freight is calculated from the final carton data, destination, trade term, delivery speed, customs-document requirements and available carrier route. Early estimates are planning references rather than fixed freight promises.

Buyer and importer responsibilities

Import licenses, duties, taxes, local registrations and destination-market obligations are allocated in the applicable quotation and trade term. Buyers should confirm local import requirements before approving shipment.

Inspection, claims and custom products

Custom products are assessed against the approved specification and reference sample. Inspection method, claim period, required evidence and available remedy are confirmed in writing before production.
