Samples and customization

Samples are paid. Product, customization, packaging and international shipping charges must be confirmed and paid before sample production or dispatch.

Intellectual property

Customers must have the right to use submitted names, logos, artwork and other materials. Production may be declined where ownership or permitted use cannot be reasonably confirmed.

Compliance

Testing reports and certificates apply only to the product, model, material and scope stated in each document. New products or markets may require additional review.
